The Penthouse premium class fusion cuisine restaurant was opened in 2019.

It combines a unique modern restaurant during the day and a club during the night on the 14th level of the Parus Plaza business center.

The fusion cuisine is a mixture of different styles in one dish. Asian, European and Russian themes in one menu. Haute cuisine with the elements of molecular gastronomy.
