Within the framework of the partnership development and experience exchange in the Lean technologies implementation (lean production technology), UDS Oil staff members visited the Scientific and Production Firm Paker, which is one of the top 30 largest high-tech fast-growing enterprises in Russia.
Our colleagues visited the production sites of the business partner, got acquainted with the experience of the lean production technologies implementation in practice. The business meeting helped to gather the necessary information to assess cooperation on the Lean technologies introduction in UDS Oil.
