The 1st ReputatioN award ceremony celebrating success of team leaders and discipline managers took place on October 10th. Mission of the award is to emphasize dependence of strong brands on strong leaders.
Over 100 applicants from all over Russia took part in the event. Expert panel of the award evaluated efficiency of business processes, company management systems, leadership and soft competencies of nominees.
Following the expert voting results, Vsevolod Ivanov was the 8th in the list of the top-ranked real estate managers in the “CEO of the Year” nomination and Mikhail Schmykov was the 6th in the “Chief Commercial Officer of the Year” nomination. The ReputatioN award is the first federal real estate award in Russia, which evaluates work strategies and competencies and shapes the raring of the industry leaders. It is aimed at evaluating achievements of companies’ senior officials and executives, who are the people that bring teams to success, make products highly marketable, set new work standards and develop real estate market. Nomination for the award is a special recognition by the professional community.
