The award ceremony of the tenth Federal award Urban Awards 2018 was held in St. Petersburg. Residential complex «Ocean city» of «UralDomStroy» company became the best business class residential complex under construction! Despite the high competition, the project confidently surpassed its rivals from Ekaterinburg, Vladivostok, Chelyabinsk, and Ufa in the final.
Urban Awards is the most prestigious annual professional award in the field of real estate in Russia. The winners of the contest receive the status of «Best building of the year» in the appropriate nomination, thereby confirming compliance with the strictest standards of quality in the housing market. This year the Award has united participants from more than 15 regions of Russia. At the Urban Awards in 2018, 135 projects were presented from the largest cities: St. Petersburg, Novosibirsk, Ekaterinburg, Syktyvkar, Vladivostok, Kaliningrad, Kazan, Ufa, Perm and many others.
Residential complex «Ocean city» actually earned the highest rating in its nomination. Relevant jury assessed boldness of architectural and façade solutions, conceptual design, ergonomics and safety of the project. Unusual house image reflects current trends of the world architecture and now attracts the views of residents and guests of the capital. The first Izhevsk skyscraper is being built in one of the most prestigious districts of the city - at the intersection of Pushkinskaya and Kirova streets. It is a special, modern, breakthrough house, which offers the most spectacular views of the city.
Residential complex became a dominant «City» microdistrict of a new cultural and business center of Izhevsk. The project was developed by English internationally famous architect Philip Ball from the architectural bureau Dyer and well-known Russian urban scientist Svyatoslav Murunov.
