Konstantin Lyukin: Nowadays market is unstable and continuous changes require quick response, which directly depends on the quality of competencies of the team. It is essential to bring the ‘architect-builder-client’ pattern to a whole new level, where project bureau employees are able to see actual results of their work, e.g., visits to construction sites, communication with buyers, obtaining feedback. The shorter is the path from designer to client the better.

Russian and foreign experience was thoroughly studied by project ideologists when creating the bureau and taken on board.
