A meeting of «UDS oil» team was held on February 25. Aleksey A. Chulkin, CEO of «UDS group», Yury V. Shlyapnikov, CEO of «UDS oil» and more than 130 employees participated in the event. During the event, the key indicators of 2018 were summarized and strategic goals for 2019-2021 were set.
Yury V. Shlyapnikov presented the main report. He noted, that sequential solution of production problems and work quality control let the company to maintain the dynamics of oil extraction annual growth (+4,65% of the plan), to put into service new production fields (Kuryaginskoe, Ivanovskoe, Kasalinskoe), to provide reserves increment (+44,65% of the plan).
Work package in the sphere of capital construction and design was completed, including an arrangement of 31 exploitation and recharge wells, construction of 9 infrastructure sites, 5,7 km of roads and passageways, 5,4 km of oil-pipelines and water lines.
Within the business development program, in 2018, on the territory of Udmurtia and Perm region, assets of «CNGDU» and «RIF» companies were procured.
In order to improve operating efficiency, possibility of lean manufacturing technology adoption is being estimated.
In 2018 new highly qualified personnel was invited for strategic problems solving. The number of employees is 600 people. Methodical work, aimed to improvement of professional competences and knowledge quality of the employees, was carried out. For the first time «Best in the profession» competitions were held in the company; specialists attended industry conferences and seminars as well as received corporate training. The programs «System of Ideas» and rationalization proposals were launched to stimulate employees' innovative activity. 46% of the received ideas and proposals were approved.
The meeting also summed up the first results of «UDS oil» social program, which was used by more than 450 people over 3 months after its implementation.
At the end of the event, employees could ask management authorities questions and get their comments. Summing up the meeting, Yury V. Shlyapnikov set the main strategic goals of «UDS oil» till 2021.
