UDS Oil regularly conducts training events with participation of scientists and leading industry specialists for the purpose of skills upgrading and knowledge enhancement of company’s employees.
On July 26th the workshop was organized for the company's personnel from geology and production departments, oil and gas production shops, well servicing and workover departments on two relevant topics: control of solids during oil production and decrease of free gas impact on operation of pumps All these are the factors, which complicate oil production. The workshop speaker was Mr. Amdakh N. Nasyrov, Doctor of Science, Professor of Oil and Gas Field Development and Operation Department, M.S. Gutseriev Petroleum Institute, honored oil industry worker of Udmurtia, honored inventor of Udmurtia. Information obtained during the workshop will help UDS Oil specialists to elaborate effective solutions for controlling such problems, improve performance of downhole equipment, reduce losses and under-recovery of oil.
The final part of the workshop was devoted to questions and answers between the participants and the speaker.
