This summer's tourist rafting on twin-hulled boats has teamed up over 50 employees of UDS Oil. The event has already become a good tradition and number of participants increases every year.
The route of river journey runs by the Kilmez River in Sumsi District. The journey program was eventful. With the guidance of experienced instructors, the participants have travelled 26 kilometers by water within two days and successfully completed sports quest arranged by organizers on the bank, once again demonstrating cohesion, team spirit and commitment to results.
For some employees it was the second or the third rafting; others have joined the event for the first time ever but everyone was satisfied with the spent time. Outdoor activities in the picturesque wild with a group of colleagues, friendly communication, hiking song at campfire, field kitchen, sports and entertainment program and foot tapping disco in the open have granted a lot of bright emotions and memories and will remain as warm memories for a long time.
- Every year we organize the rafting in order to further unite our already consolidated team so employees could rest in the wild, feel its beauty, talk to each other in informal surroundings and come to know each other better or stay alone with one's thoughts, walk on the river bank, have a breath of fresh air, recharge and have a really good rest in order to swing into action on return with renewed energy.
It is my second rafting and I gain a lot of positive emotions, boost of energy, get to know my colleagues from new side and realize that they are extremely gifted especially when it's time for hiking songs at evening campfire! At a time like this, I clearly realize that our team is so beautiful, friendly, where one together and all for one. We support each other at everything. During the stops, organizers have prepared sport challenges for us and everyone was cooperative. Even during rest time, we work towards a common goal. It is an incredible time when I feel close unity with my colleagues when being out of office and I know that we can cope with any routes and any mountains! says Anna Yuminova, Assistant to UDS Oil's CEO.
Tourist rafting is conducted by UDS Oil for the third year in succession. It’s not just interesting and unforgettable adventure for employees. First, it is a great way for team building, coherence of people as well-coordinated actions of all rafting participants is required for steady movement forward. Joint overcoming of obstacles, camp conditions, informal environment, experience of making group decisions in non-standard conditions strengthen relations, improve interpersonal skills and confidence in colleagues. Shared activities and communication develop engagement with common goal, which promotes strengthening of team spirit, sets for new achievements and becomes good motivation for further effective work.
