Aleksey Chulkin, CEO of UDS group, and Vsevolod Ivanov, Director of UralDomStroy, took part in the «Business breakfast with Olga Sozina» project as speakers. The traditional meeting for business owners has gathered over 60 guests.
The breakfast has been conducted as Q&A Session. Speakers shared their vision of urban environment development, told about experience of working in other regions, strengthening of company's HR brand, manpower shortage in local labor market, highlighted promising investment directions, discussed design thinking, personal motivation, benefits of major setbacks and favorite projects.
– It's always profitable to share experience with counterparts, get feedback, learn their opinion on both our specific projects and city development in whole, discuss support of startups, interesting proposals. Dialog leads to new ideas and plans, which can be implemented together, noted Aleksey Chulkin.
– It's a comfort to know that such formats of sharing experience are popular in our city, that besides own business, owners are interested in other business sectors и, in spite of the tight schedule they find time for meetings which unite business environment of Izhevsk into real community. We consider such people, who are aiming for self-development and training, as our fellow-thinkers and together we change our city and create better future, said Vsevolod Ivanov.
– I would like to thank our speakers for straightforward answers and sharing of invaluable experience. This was a long-awaited business breakfast and I am sure it was beneficial for many of attendees. It was interesting to learn first-hand how one of the leading regional developers was developing, which challenges were faced, which factors became deciding in certain situations. Our project unites business owners, who are interested in personal and business development, who are ready for sharing opinions, experience and new interesting acquaintances. When communicating with leaders one can understand which knowledge is missing but required for business success and make a note of tools and ideas, said Olga Sozina, the initiator of business breakfasts in Izhevsk.
The event was informative and useful and received very positive feedback of attendees. Such meetings encourage positive business changes, assist in making a dialog with potential partners.
