Every year Moscow Urban Forum becomes the authoritative platform for dialog of Russian and international city authorities, architects, urban planners, property developers, executives of financial companies, investors, mass media and city dwellers, presentations of technology startups. This year the event was visited by over 8,500 people from 69 countries worldwide. Over 300 international and Russian experts have presented their reports including internationally known architects and mayors of the capitals, which are considered development models these days.
Moscow Urban Forum 2019 was devoted to the projects creating new quality of urban life. The congress participants were discussing the techniques for establishing compact and functionally intense urban environment as well as effectively involve city dwellers and business into implementation of the city-changing projects. For the first time in the history of the event, the international Urban Health congress was organized, where urban health issues were discussed and healthy technologies were presented.
— Two main trends were highlighted by the experts at the Moscow Urban Forum, which shall be developed on a short-term horizon, that is creation of comfortable urban environment and care for the person, who wishes to live in this environment and feel confidently and easy in their apartments, outdoor space, neighborhood.
