Unified web resource of developers erzrf.ru compiles the annual ranking of construction projects based on more than 100 consumer-oriented indicators. Ocean city residential estate of UralDomStroy company, a subsidiary of UDS group holding is ranked 10th in the rating of the TOP 20 best residential estates with high-rise buildings.
Ocean city is the only Udmurtia's residential estate represented in the ranking. It's a comfort to know that our great dream of improving Izhevsk becomes the industry example at federal level.
This is not the first award of the Ocean city; the residential estate was the winner of Urban Awards 2018 as the best ongoing business-class residential estate and was qualified for short-list of the Annual Urban-Planning Awards for New Residential Estate Projects “TOP-ZHK”, which results will be finalized on April 2020.
