What is the sure way to bring the team together? Cool shared reminiscences! Like the traditional May canoe rafting of UralDomStroy's personnel down the Kilmez River. This was the first time, when our colleagues from Perm joined us for that 35-km river trip.
Active outdoor recreation, new experiences, hiking songs by a fire, romanticism of tent camp, hearty talks and warm relaxed atmosphere made everyone to feel like a part of big and friendly team and tale home vivid reminiscences.
It is nice to break the chain of events, projects, deadlines and slow down, be at one with nature, feel totally different time rate in order to get fully recharged to together accomplish the identified goals with the renewed vigor.
