Results of the XI federal Urban Awards were summarized in Saint Petersburg. This milestone event gathered the brilliant pool of guests and participants, who are normally associated with construction and real estate business in Russia.
Awards were given in 33 categories. In several categories leaders were chosen by the event participants. In others the award was given by jury following the multistage expert review with participation of the external advisor of PwC. Experts evaluated location of projects, architectural solutions, construction materials, design concept, ergonomics, safety, outdoor space development plans, availability of parking space and other parameters.
As a result, Newton residential estate, UralDomStroy's project in Perm, was acknowledged the best ongoing regional business-class residential estate in Russia according to Urban Awards 2019. It legitimately deserved the highest score in the category and became the leader among large property developers from Yekaterinburg, Tyumen, Kazan, Ufa, Novosibirsk.
For the second year in a row UralDomStroy becomes the winner of the prestigious award, thus confirming high competency of the company and quality of projects at the federal level. It should be noted that three more company’s projects made it into the final: ECO Life Spring, 5 continents and Matrёshka city residential estates.
- When the first Urban Awards was held in 2009, only Moscow and Saint Petersburg were participating. Then all million cities joined. Last year Izhevsk participated for the first time and our Ocean city residential estate got the prize. This year we have gained another victory and it's a comfort to know that UralDomStroy has Urban Awards in two operating cities. Certainly, it's a compliment for the city that such project is acknowledged at the federal level and another reason to be proud for city dwellers, says Mikhail Schmykov, Chief Commercial Officer of UralDomStroy.
It is honorable to be the first one among strong competitors. And it's exciting and pleasant to be the first in Perm with such award. Today, UralDomStroy is the only holder of the award in both Izhevsk and Perm. It inspires to new achievements and results!
It's not the first time, when Izhevsk developer gains the awards of the professional community: ECO Life residential development project became the winner of the national stage of the international FIABCI Prix d’Excellence Awards in 2017 and Ocean city residential project achieved the first victory in the Urban Awards.
