Over 50 representatives of Izhevsk real-estate agencies and banks took part in the annual partner conference held by the UralDomStroy. Reports were presented by Vsevolod Ivanov, PSK UralDomStroy Director, Mikhail Schmykov, Chief Commercial Officer and Alexey Marin, Real Estate Agency Relations Manager.
Key event topics were the 2018 year-end results and 2019 targets of the developer, results of cooperation with partners, presentation of UralDomStroy residential estate scheduled for commissioning this year. Conference participants have also discussed legal changes regarding the use of escrow accounts in presale development, which would come into effect on July 1, 2019, evaluated effect of such changes on the development of real estate market and challenges of developers in new environment. UralDomStroy representatives shared their experience of using digital sales tools in the company. Following the UralDomStroy reports, representatives of real estate agencies and banks have been able to ask the pertinent questions and receive comprehensive answers.
And, as tradition demands, UralDomStroy partners having the best performance were awarded in the final part of the event. The 2018-year high achievers are:

- Farkhad Sadykahunov (Hermes Real Estate Agency) as the top seller among real estate agents;
