City festival of bright impressions CITY FEST continues in Izhevsk. All of July at the new outdoor leisure area are held creative, educational and entertainment events for residents and guests of the capital. The new format of high – quality cultural recreation was offered to citizens by the initiator and organizer of the event – «Uraldomstroy сompany» and creative urban community. More than a thousand people attended the festival at the inaugural function of the festival.
The CITY FEST site is conveniently located in the center of Izhevsk at the crossroads of Karl Marx and Kirov streets and includes a cinema lecture hall, a stage, a zone for master classes and a relaxing break, a market, a food court and a comfortable parking.
- We created a territory to bring people together. The territory in which people will be able to express themselves creatively, said at a press conference the project’s inspirer, the Director of the «Uraldomstroy company» Vsevolod Ivanov. – CITY FEST is a significant event for people united by their love for their hometown, aimed at its development through creative and social initiatives.
The festival is gaining momentum. We have a lot of interesting, bright and unforgettable days ahead of us! Master classes from the Seasons project team on styling, photo, cooking and creative communication as well as intellectual cinema, presentation of the Izhevsk fiction festival, forum for business ladies, theater performances, lectures from inspiring speakers, live music and exhibition of art objects, sports grounds and a host of other things are waiting for Izhevsk residents and guests! The culmination will be the «Acoustic Fest» music festival on July 28, which will be headlined by the «Underwood» band.
The organizers plan that the site will remain a point of attraction for creative and educated citizens and in the future will expand its capabilities. A friendly atmosphere, a company of soul mates, energy of creativity – a new history of Izhevsk city, interesting and comfortable for everyone, is born on the site of CITY FEST. The city is changing.
